Ponds of Colour
At this year’s Milan Design Week, ZEITRAUM is presenting its 2022 novelties at the exhibition location ‘Alcova’. In the western district of Inganni, on the M1 metro, design and nature merge: an enchanted place of historical significance that has been temporarily transformed for exhibitions, installations and performances. In the context of ‘Luxury & Sustainability’, the needs of today’s society and future generations are highlighted.
ZEITRAUM is part of the event and presents the AD ALL Collection designed by Mathias Hahn for the first time, as well as the KUYU DINE table series and the ZENSO HIGH armchair by the Formstelle design studio. Under the title “Ponds of Colour”, an installation of four sculpture-like islands awaits the visitor. The colour installation conveys a snapshot of different typologies of precisely crafted furniture. The Offcut Bar in the central building is furnished with ZEITRAUM chairs, where the diverse design approaches of the extraordinary exhibition concept come together.
