A quiet oasis in the hustle and bustle of the streets
In this part of Sydney, boutique buildings are often overshadowed by neighbouring corporate towers. 20 Hunter St is an exception. The island-like building gets natural light from all four sides. The ground floor foyer has been completely renovated. The boutique character of the building was to be maintained, using natural materials and vertical green walls. Wood panelling in elaborate craftsmanship, custom-made leather stools, high-quality armchairs and coffee tables lend the foyer a discreet luxury.
