JPMorganChase: Sustainable Headquarters in New York
270 Park Avenue is JPMorganChase’s new state-of-the-art global headquarters. The 60-story skyscraper is a new landmark on Park Avenue, continuing New York’s architectural legacy.
As the city’s largest all-electric tower, it produces no net operational emissions and offers exceptional indoor air quality that exceeds the highest standards for sustainability, health and well-being. With 21st-century infrastructure, smart technology and approximately 232,000 square metres of flexible, shared amenities—including a fitness centre, wellness facilities and 19 restaurants, the project redefines the modern workplace.
