The chocolate house
Casa Cacao is a boutique hotel in the middle of Girona. The hotel, founded by the Roca brothers, runs its own chocolate production. The project includes a visible chocolate preparation room, from where visitors can see the entire production process. From the cocoa bean to completion. There are 15 rooms on the upper floors, and a spacious roof terrace offers a panoramic view of the old town.
Casa Cacao is located in a renowned building in Girona, the former “La Esperanza” clinic of the 1960s. The materials and colours are inspired by candy and chocolate shops of the time. In order to meet today’s requirements, the boutique hotel uses noble materials and high quality finishes in a subtle and elegant aesthetic.
