The ensemble of Esty Luxury Villas consists of three units, each with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, living and cooking areas, and gardens with a pool. The holiday homes maintain a typical proportion for the island and play with the dynamic arrangement of small cubes on a maximum of two levels.

All rooms are characterised by the white of the walls and ceilings and the warm beige-grey of the synthetic resin floors. This creates a visual reference to the earthy tones of nature and the radiant houses that characterise the surrounding villages.
The authentic overall appearance of the villas is completed by natural textiles and wooden furniture, which have archetypal features and continue the simple style of the architecture.
