Flat with sea view
The Kivelis project houses three maisonettes and seven flats overlooking Varkiza Bay. The architectural design of the building combines elegance and simplicity, with an emphasis on natural light and functionality. Modern materials such as wood, glass and concrete were used for the exterior surfaces, creating harmony with the surroundings.
Floor-to-ceiling windows open up the view to the sea. Large balconies bring the indoor and outdoor areas together and extend the living space, which can be used almost all year round. By ensuring that there are no lines of sight between the individual flats, the privacy of each flat is maintained.
