Light and subtle
After 10 years, the vast country house should get a new look. The desire for airy rooms and lots of daylight was carefully implemented. A couple of walls were torn down and the facade in the dining room opened to the garden. The colour concept is light and subtle. Black steel accents create character and contrast. The CENA table with the hyperelliptical table top lends the linear interior design a certain softness. “We also needed a table that was big enough to “fill” the room and that is powerful enough to fit the grandeur of the house,” emphasizes Noémi Van Heuverswyn. Its design fits both, the classical exterior and the updated interior of the house.
