Zebra certified with Gold
An international company from the business sector has moved into its new premises in the “Zebra” project on Frankfurt’s Europaallee. The name of the building is derived from the characteristic zebra-look façade construction. In cooperation with renowned interior designers, modern room concepts for new office worlds were created. A highlight of the building is the ground-floor conference area for 200 people, which is characterised by its flexibility and the adjacent catering area.
In addition to the most modern office standards, the building was also constructed according to the strictest ecological criteria and awarded the Gold Certificate of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). This award confirms the high quality and sustainability of the building as well as the use of energy-efficient technologies.
The “Zebra” project thus offers a modern working environment and sets standards in terms of sustainability and energy efficiency. It is a beacon project for future-oriented companies that think not only about their image but also about their social responsibility.
